Kundalini Experience
During April 2003, I learned the methods of Reiki energy. Shortly after, on May 20 2003, I experienced “Kundalini” awakening. This is a line of energy that is usually asleep in our spinal cord; however, due to some special activities, such as yoga or certain fasting, it may open. I had no knowledge of this, but when this happened, I experienced an extreme flow of energy throughout my body that night. It felt very strong, like I was sitting in a roller costar. I felt an extreme level of energy in the palms of my hands. It was like I was holding a soccer ball which was rotating with a fast speed. I noticed that my hands are capturing all the energies in the air including every living being. When I was putting my hand in front of anyone’s chakra, my hand would fall in the flow of the energy that was going through that individual.
When I contacted my Reiki Master and she saw this with her own eyes, she could not believe it and had no idea what was happening to me. She asked me to give her energy on a spot on her back which she always has chronic pain. After a few minutes, she felt no pain.
Later on, I contacted a Buddhist Guru in New York city. His advice was that due to Kundalini energy in me, I am better off not giving energy to people since I will capture their vibrations and this could be dangerous for the heath of this body. He told me that this energy will help me “go within” with greater ease when I meditate and discover myself.
After awhile, when Truth was awakened within, it was noticeable that in order to know oneself, one does not necessarily need to awaken one's Kundalini energy.
If this happens in a “body/mind organism,” it is natural; otherwise, it is not needed to be induced and manipulated from an outside source, since this will delay the awakening of the Truth.
My path was to practice methods to go within and discover the answer to the question,
“Who am I?”
