This site is dedicated to my beautiful children Sepideh and Bruce.
Besides my regular duties in life as a mother, I realized that it is a great idea to leave this website of Spiritual Awakening to you, my beloved children. I wish you all the Peace and Joy in world.
The purpose of this site is to coach my children and other visitors for the following paths:
1) To discover “Who we truly are." Our true self. To investigate ourselves; this is the purpose of our being. We are the universe experiencing itself.
2) To find the Authentic Joythat we all are looking for in life. We are looking for an uninterrupted experience of Peace, Joy and Harmony. The Authentic joy is our true essence and is within us here and now.
If you expect any benefits from your search, material, mental, spiritual, you have missed the point. Truth gives no advantage. It gives you no higher status, no power over others. All you get is Truth and freedom from the false.
Remember, I am not giving you any Truth. I am only taking lies away from you. Lies you have gathered down as your false self, false happiness, false conceptions.
The Methodology for reaching these two discoveries are through Meditation (Moraghebeh in Farsi) and to be in the Present Moment Here and Now. Of course it is not the only way to reach these goals; however, since I am a living proof of it, would like to share it with you.
I would like to answer to the most challenging questions that lots of people have.
We all know that we need to be at present moment, or discover ourselves or to find the true joy but the key question is How we do it?????? How can we discover ourselves, and how to be here and now and how to find out that we are not our mind, body or emotions etc.
My entire goal in this site is to teach you HOW TO DO IT. Because it can be done!
To discover “Who we truly are” our true self
Through Meditation and being at the Present Moment, we will discovered that we are not our mind, emotions, body, history, events, since all of the above are temporary and not “eternal.” What comes and goes it is not it. The only eternal dimension that we all have, and shared with is the inner (nothingness or awareness – Adaam or Lamakan in Farsi) who is always here, it does not change or die. We all sharing it (Unity consciousness). We are that awareness. That silent watcher.
That nothingness or awareness is a silent watcher who is looking outside through our eyes with no judgment, no criticism to ourselves or others at this very moment. It is a pure gentle, loving and kind being who is silently watching. That is what we are. Once we discovered it, we are home. To feel that silent watcher, we need to be at the Present Moment Here and Now. It is as simple as that. Just be aware of the watcher who is reading this very words here and now. The moment; right here, right now is the gateway to infinity and divinity. When we accept the "is ness" of this moment, there will be no “me” and, therefore, no suffering.
Present moment is holy. It is real. Be here and now, here and now, here and now……..
To find the Authentic Joy that we are looking for in life
To find the authentic joy within ourselves, all we need to do is to remember that silent watcher (awareness) and be aware of it at all the time.Be aware of the awareness, that’s all. By and by the true unconditional joy which is utterly independent from anything from outside will come to the surface and will stay with you at all the time. This is our true essence. This is what we have been born with.
This joy is our true nature. It is not wrong to desire it. What is wrong is to seek it outside of ourselves when it is inside.
I call this state a true success in a human life. For this inner goal, we took this inner journey and we discovered ourselves which is the inner success.
The good news is that all of us can discover it. It takes some practice, awareness and patience.
I have shared my own spiritual path, knowledge and personal experience. Tried to make it as short and sweet and possible. When the point was made, I moved on to different subject. I hope it will help people who visit it and trying to discover themselves and to find the true joy which is residing within them.
